Dibetalic Ointment from Vietnam is a combination of salicylic acid and betamethasone adipropionate, which helps to quickly relieve the symptoms of skin conditions such as psoriasis and dermatitis – 15g
Betamethasone dipropionate, having anti-inflammatory, softening and soothing effects, eliminates the edema formed in the affected area.
Salicylic acid, widely used as a disinfectant, penetrates deep into the skin, stimulating blood flow and saturating cells with the necessary nutrients. Providing a bleaching effect, the acid whitens the skin, evening its relief and tone; fights rash-causing bacteria.
Composition:
- Betamethasone adipropionate – 9.6 mg
- Salicylic acid – 0.45 g
- Excipients: cetylstearyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, paraffin, petroleum jelly, distilled water.
Indications:
It is used in the treatment of skin diseases that are characterized by peeling of the integument, rash, and itching.
Ointment from Vietnam is designed to get rid of such dermatological diseases as eczema, psoriasis, skin mycosis, cardidosis, seborrheic and atopic dermatitis, and various types of lichen.
How to use Dibetalic Ointment:
Initial therapeutic dose: Apply a small amount of the medicine to the affected area and then gently rub, use 2 times / day (morning and evening) until the disease improves.
Maintenance treatment: Apply 1 time / day until the cure.
Children: Only use 1 time / day.
For children under 12 months old: apply only a thin layer on small areas of skin and do not wear diapers or bandages over the application site.
Contraindications:
Long-term use of salicylic acid in large quantities can cause salicylate poisoning (with symptoms: confusion, dizziness, severe or persistent headache, rapid breathing, constant vibration or tinnitus). Treating warts with medications in high concentrations can corrode the skin.
Special instructions:
- Take with caution to women during pregnancy and lactation, children.
- The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the observed effect. Be sure to consult your doctor.
Overdose:
Prolonged use of corticosteroid drugs entails inhibition of the pituitary-adrenal system, leading to secondary adrenal insufficiency and hyperthyroidism, including Itsenko-Cushing’s disease. Long-term use of products containing salicylic acid can cause symptoms of salicylate poisoning. Be sure to take breaks from using Dibetalic ointment as instructed.
