How to use Mekophar Eucalyptus Oil:
Flu, runny nose, stuffy nose: Rub the oil on the temples, neck, back of neck, nose.
Headache, dizziness, nausea: Rub the oil on the temples, neck, pharynx, nose.
Chest tightness: Rub oil on the chest, neck and back.
Indigestion, abdominal pain: Abdominal oil rub.
In case of a cold, can be inhaled: Put 5–10 drops of oil in a vaporizer with about 250ml of hot water.
