Main ingredient erуthromycin, is a used for the topical treatment of acne (inflamed pimples accompanied by pustules and papules).

Indications:

Erуthromуcin an antibiotic belonging to the group of macrolides with a spectral effect on Gram (+) strains and some Gram (-) strains reversibly binds to the 50S ribosome subunit of sensitive bacteria and inhibits protein synthesis.

Main effect of  is bacteriostatic, but it can kill bacteria at high concentrations for very sensitive strains. In addition, erуthromуcin also reduces the concentration of free fatty acids in sebum, indirectly inhibiting the conversion of triglycerides to fatty acids, or directly affecting the formation of fatty acids in the cell.

These free fatty acids cause acne and inflammation (papules, pustules, nodules, cysts) of acne. Outdoor turmeric extract has an antiseptic, fungicidal effect, stimulates the formation of new cells, helps in wound healing and leaves no scars.
