Actidem Derma Extra Gel from Vietnam – 18g tube
Most spot gels from Vietnamese pharmacies pick one active and call it done. Actidem Derma Extra Gel tube doesn’t do that. Inside is a clear gel with a faint clean scent that sinks in within thirty seconds, dries matte, leaves nothing sticky behind.
Formula stacks five actives in a single tube: Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (a gentler water soluble azelaic acid derivative), niacinamide, glycolic acid, lactic acid and salicylic acid. Then Centella Asiatica and panthenol to balance the whole thing out. The kind of combination people would otherwise build by layering three seperate products on top of each other.
Notes
- Five actives, one tube. Azeloyl diglycinate plus niacinamide plus glycolic plus lactic plus salicylic – multi depth surface action without buying seperate serums for each.
- Centella Asiatica and panthenol sit alongside the acid stack specifically to keep the formula tolerable. Strong actives balanced by calming ones.
- 18g lasts two to three months for targeted spot use. Scales down to a few weeks if you start applying across larger areas.
What People Use It For
Targeted gel for the look of fewer blemishes and postblemish marks on individual spots or small areas. Most people start by dotting it on specific spots, then expand to small patches once they know how their skin handles it. Worth being direct: this is a strong formula. The acid stack is not for sensitive skin used daily from the start, build up slowly, patch test first and don’t skip SPF.
How To Apply Actidem
Cleanse and pat dry first. Dot a small amount directly onto individual spots, don’t spread across the whole face. Once daily to start. After four to five days with no reaction you can move to twice daily or slightly wider areas if needed. Use SPF 50+ every morning without exception when using this gel, the acid combination increases sun sensitivity.
Suitable For
Blemish-prone skin comfortable with stronger actives. Sensitive skin: patch test on inner wrist or behind the ear for four to five days first, then start every other day rather than daily. People with rosacea or active eczema should skip this one. Keep the gel away from eyes, the acids sting.
Main Components
Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate leads the formula, a water-soluble azelaic acid derivative that’s gentler on skin than the raw acid form. Niacinamide sits alongside it for the appearence of more even tone. Glycolic, lactic and salicylic acids work at different skin depths for surface smoothing. Centella Asiatica and panthenol balance the strong actives, while zinc PCA and hyaluronic acid round out the moisture side of the formula.
